Where: Anywhere.
Complete 7 miles in total over 7 days in as many runs as you want. Begin on a Monday and finish before the deadline of midnight on the Sunday.

28 Day Challenge
Distance: 50km, 100km, or 150km.
Date: New challenge begins every Monday.
Where: Anywhere.
Complete your chosen distance over 28 days in as many runs as you want. Begin on a Monday and finish before the deadline of midnight on the 4th Sunday.
